To play a key role in the Advisory team, supporting provision of advisory services to clients. You will report to the Managing Director, Advisory, and require flexibility in your work, assisting with servicing needs of customers in Australia and New Zealand. **What you'll be doing**: - To work as an Advisory deal team member to executing Advisory mandates including the preparation and submission of bids - To prepare presentations/pitch document - To assist in the development of transaction structures and documentation - To assist in undertaking due diligence activities To undertake and supervise financial -modelling To liaise with clients, other financial institutions and external service providers (legal, accounting, tax -etc) - To ensure effective communication with Advisory deal team members - To report all compliance matters to the Compliance department in a timely manner - Undertake any other additional duties or tasks as directed by the Department Head **What we are looking for**: - 2-5 years' experience in financial industry or similar - University degree (e.g. commerce / law / engineering / actuarial degree) ideally with a finance component - The ability to build and run financial models - Strong research and analytic skills - Understand finance structures and debt markets - Advanced proficiency in Excel - High level of numeracy ability - Communication and presentation skills - Flexibility and resilience **Our culture**: MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
