**The Company**:
You will be working for a leading property group with over 29 years of experience in property investment and funds management. Their focus spans Office, Industrial & Logistics, Retail, and Social Infrastructure sectors. They are driven by partnership, financial discipline, and a commitment to unlocking hidden value.

**Your role**:
As the Centre Operations Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, compliance, and high presentation standards of the company’s assets in the Central West region of the Regional NSW Hub. The Hub includes Dubbo Square, Orange Central Square, Mudgee Metroplaza, and Parkes Metroplaza. Regular travel to these locations is essential. Operations Assistant support is likely for Singleton Square and Tamworth Square, with occasional travel required.

**Your duties**:

- Guide the Operations team to meet asset metrics efficiently.
- Formulate and present annual Repair & Maintenance budget, aligning with operational expenses.
- Provide insights on regulatory changes to National Ops, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Foster clear communication with the team and contractors.
- Monitor and enhance waste, electricity, and water usage efficiency.
- Streamline essential services and emergency works for swift execution.
- Conduct inspections, addressing defects, and host regular performance meetings.
- Manage key partnerships with contract providers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Address incidents promptly and effectively within the center.
- External Networking: Build external professional partnerships for best practices.
- Maintain essential services compliance and adhere to WHS&E policies.
- Tackle security-related issues and coordinate annual essential services testing.
- Contribute to mandated monthly center inspections.

**About you**:

- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.
- Well-organized, self-starter with strong initiative.
- Ability to resolve complex issues pragmatically.
- Experience in property operations and statutory reporting.
- Sound technical building operations, legislative, and management skills.
- Proficient in safety, health, and environmental management.
- Professional presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
