MacKellar are an industry leader in the mining and civil earthmoving industries with over 50 years’ experience. We supply and maintain a large fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment across Australia and take pride in our people, our safety culture, and maintaining our equipment to a high standard.

Becoming a valued member of the site Leadership Team, you will build and lead a highly skilled and productive team that ensures targets are met or exceeded. The main focus of this role will be on continuous improvement whilst overseeing all aspects of production. Bringing with you experience in working for a contractor, you will understand how to negotiate and influence the client to maximise the outcomes for Mackellar.

This role will be an 5/2/4/3 roster, with travel DIDO to Nyngan in NSW.

Applicants must have:

- Extensive experience in a similar position specifically in a mining operation, with a proven track record in delivering high standards and results across mining projects
- Demonstrated experience in the effective workforce leadership and management, particularly within contract mining operations
- Driver licence
- Senior First Aid certificate (HTLAID003) would be beneficial

Only those with the relevant experience and qualifications will be considered.
