The opportunity
The role is to work with the Platform EAs to provide high level support to the Director and Platforms Leadership Team. The role operates across a diverse range of stakeholders, tasks and accountabilities and such requires high levels of forward thinking, organisation, flexibility, delivery orientation, and initiative.
About the role
- Work collaboratively and constructively with all who link with the Director, Platforms Leadership Team and broader team
- Assist in the preparation for Board and leadership team meetings, sourcing and preparing papers.
- Help lead and motivate the team by assisting to coordinating events and meetings
About you
- Substantial administrative and / or secretarial experience at a senior executive level
- Event management experience preferred by not essential
- Advance Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience in providing informal leadership to other support staff is preferred by not essential
- Event management experience essential
- Excellent people management skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
