At Milpa Collective we operate a total of 5 venues across Sydney's CBD and Eastern Suburbs.
We are looking for experienced bar and floor positions across our group.

**Bartender**
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
**FOH Staff**
**Quality & Service**
Deliver a quality experience for all customers through service excellence.
- Create a superior customer experience by maintaining the highest service standards and food and beverage quality that will allow for positive word of mouth referrals and/or reviews.
- Review and respond to all customer feedback, complaints or other requests in a professional and timely manner; share this with the team to improve the customer experience and/or operational effectiveness of the restaurant.
- Contribute to regular review of the restaurant service standards with a view to continually improving the customer experience and operational effectiveness.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in customer service and the restaurant’s food and beverages offering, ensuring that the restaurant remains competitive within our target market.
**Kitchen Hand**

- Engage the team in opportunities to continually improve restaurant processes & procedures, product, and service standards to improve both the customer and employee experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
