The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and agile Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. Support the end to end accounts payable processing while collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
If you are a problem solver with great communication skills who enjoys challenges, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices daily and ensure coding and approval in workflow.
- Match POs for stock invoices.
- Manage and track overseas trade payments.
- Process local and overseas EFT payments.
- Handle Corporate Credit cards and staff expenses.
- Conduct supplier reconciliations.
- Build relationships with trade creditors and internal departments.

Skills and Experience
- Experience in a handling high volume invoices and complex ERP systems is desirable
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner with great attention to detail
