**The role**:
We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Coffs Harbour team. Our Nextt person will join us with proved experience working in a similar role in Disability/Mental Health sector. This role will report into Snowy, our infatigable National Scheduling Manager and some of the day-to-day activities you can expect will include:

- Working closely with our Customer Relations Managers & Intake Managers to develop teams of care for participants
- Actively participate in team and cross functional meetings and provide support to the customer service & scheduling team
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
- Ensure support workers are placed into active shifts based on individual participant needs and follow up progress
- Support and guide a pool of Disability Support Workers with their day-to-day activities
- Identifying shortfalls and managing proactive solutions within the team

**What we’d like to see**:

- Excellent organisational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience of working either in a scheduling role or high volume of calls.
- Have excellent written & oral communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills, and critical problem-solving skills
