We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic **Store Manager** to join the team based in **Wetherill Park, NSW** on a **full-time basis**. You will report to Group Manager and work in partnership with your small team to lead, shape and encourage them to achieve overall success. You will also be responsible for store presentation and growth and be willing to dive head-first into every aspect of the retail environment. **Responsibilities** - Lead a small retail team (which includes mentoring the team). - Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers. - Collaborate with the Store team and Trade team to improve sales potential within the store. - You can work in an environment that sees you change direction frequently throughout the day. - Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well. **Qualifications** - Previous retail management experience (either as a previous assistant store manager or store manager) with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands-on daily in the store - Interest to learn new skills and an invested interest to build your knowledge along with your teams’ expertise on our products. - You will also be an outstanding teammate who can cope with our environment. - Keen on taking pride in the presentation of your store - run it like you own it. - You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day.
