Silk Hospitality is proud to partner with one of Perth CBD’s premium 5-star hotel. We are searching for an experienced and dynamic **Executive Housekeeper** with a strong background in **5-star hotel operations** to lead our housekeeping department to new heights of excellence.

**About the Role**
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be instrumental in setting and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction for this iconic hotel. Working closely with senior management, you will lead a large team to ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest 5-star standards.
- Champion our industry leading processes to enhance efficiency and maintain luxury service levels.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage budgets, rosters, and inventory control to meet financial targets.
- Be hands on and inspections to guarantee adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments to support seamless hotel operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
To excel in this role, you will need:

- **Extensive experience in 5-star hotels** with a proven track record of managing large housekeeping teams. (Minimum of two previous Executive Housekeeper role at 5 Star hotels)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and inventory.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
