**The Opportunity**
**Crown Towers Perth**.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibility includes management and leadership of the housekeeping staff, overseeing the overall housekeeping operations and ensuring they meet Silk's high-quality standards.

**Key responsibilities**
- Working closely with all departments to ensure that the hotel is presented well and Silk’s highest standards are maintained from guest rooms to public areas
- Establishing and implementing operational procedures and standards.
- Setting and adhering to budget controls.
- Managing the hiring, rostering and performance of employees, as well as training and mentoring the team
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team.

**About you?**
- Prior experience in a leadership or people management role within the Housekeeping department
- Flourishes in dynamic environments while maintaining a poised demeanor under pressure
- Possesses robust written and verbal communication proficiency
- Expert at steering team towards success and ensuring accountability
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exhibits innovate problem-solving capacities along with a proactive attitude.
