**About the role**

**We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who lives in and around the Nowra area to support a 46 year-old man with an aquired brain injury to remain living independently at home.**

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- ** Assistance with personal care tasks**:

- ** Medication administration**:

- ** Assistance with therapy tasks**:

- ** Use of mobility equipment**:

- ** Domestic assistance**:

- ** Meal prep and community participation**

**You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.**

**Days/Hours**
- ** Alternate Saturday 7am to 2pm and Sunday 2pm to 9pm**
- ** Relief on week days**
