**Premier Care**are leaders in effectively managing clients with challenging behaviors. We specialize in Traumatic Brain Injuries, Acquired Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries and Mental Health, as well as Aged Care.

We are currently looking for Support Workers with experience in providing assistance to people living in the community setting.

Work is available in

- **South West Sydney**:

- **Lower North Shore**

**Criteria**:

- Be willing to undertake Federal Police Check, Working with Children Check
- Have excellent communication skills and written skills
- Be energetic and show enthusiasm, initiative,a positive attitude and empathetic
- Be team focused and committed to achieving excellence in the disability field
- Flexibility in working with a variety of clients
- An understanding of Work Health Safety issues.
- Ability to work flexibly and be reliable and punctual

**Essential**:

- MUST HAVE A CURRENT FULL NSW DRIVERS LICENSE
- Current First Aid certificate
- Recent Police Check and Working with Children's Check (mandatory)
- Have own vehicle and mobile phone and ability to drive around Sydney

**Desirable**:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability Care or Home and Community Care or equivalent experience
- Experience working with people from CALD backgrounds
- Experience working with peoplewith complex needs
- Experience in supporting people with challenging behaviors
- Ability to speak a second language
- Bowel Care Experience
- Hoist Experience
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
