**Job Description**:
As a Sales Representative at SOE, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. We are not just another company; we offer a dynamic environment with ample growth opportunities for individuals who share our values and are committed to excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation and Cold Calling: Identify and reach out to potential clients within Melbourne and interstate markets. Initiate contact through cold calling, networking events, and other lead generation strategies to introduce them to our innovative solutions and services.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Provide personalized solutions that align with our commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Client Acquisition: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Present our products and services effectively, addressing client concerns and objections to secure new business opportunities and onboard new clients.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic approaches to expand our client base.
Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies, share insights, and optimize sales processes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the commercial environment enhancement industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to travel within Melbourne and interstate as needed.
