Description and Requirements
Opportunity for a permanent part-time (35 hours per week) Outside School Hours Care (OSHC/OOSH) Coordinator to lead the team at this picturesque green oasis public school located in North Ryde.
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
Working 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:00pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday with an additional 5 admin hours weekly, you will have a permanent part-time Educator working alongside you for each shift in addition to a pool of trained and qualified casual Educators for any ratio or last-minute shifts. This is in addition to a central staffing support team.

Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
Hold or willing to obtain relevant safety and compliance certificates such as first aid, supervising officer, and a relevant qualification as recognized by ACECQA
