Do you have experience in customer service, administration or medical knowledge?

We are excited to offer you an opportunity as a part time/ casual Receptionist who must be available to start at 7:45am and finish at 6:30pm (rotational shifts are available for opens and closes) and a share in a rotational Saturday 7:45-2:30pm shift. This role would be from 25hrs - 35 hrs/ week and must be able to cover holiday/ sick leave.

**Job Title**: Receptionist

**Duties**:

- Perform daily general reception duties:

- Taking phone calls
- Scanning all patient-relevant forms: MH, consent forms, payment plan invoices, prescriptions etc.
- Confirming patient appointments
- Making appointments
- Perform courtesy calls
- Welcome patients and check them in for their appointments when they arrive
- Check out-patients and process basic payments: eftpos, HICAPS claims
- Process other payment types: DVA claims, Government Vouchers, CDBS claims, Afterpay, Denticare payment plans.
- Know solutions to problems regarding payments, HICAPS and EXACT, including refunds and resubmitting claims
- Post impressions to the corresponding addresses to be made into lab work
- Assist in weekly/monthly/ 3-monthly house cleaning duties
- Sterilization
- Perform complete instrument sterilization processes: ultrasonic baths, drying, oiling, bagging and processing in the autoclave
- Maintain sterilized equipment levels to ensure each patient procedure has access to all required equipment
