Two Hands is looking for a Cafe manager to take on the day to day running of our operation.

You need to bring enthusiasm, reliability and a strong work ethic. The most important trait is your ability to create customer loyalty with **outstanding customer service.**

You must have **solid barista experience** (large part of the role) and you need to know how to hustle during the busy times and know how to be productive during the quiet periods.

You will be responsible for;
- Preparing coffee and drinks orders. **Barista experience is essential.**:

- Taking customers orders.
- Opening the cafe and closing the cafe.
- Till management.
- Stock Ordering.
- Ensuring our cake products are baked and stocked.
- The cleanliness and presentation of the business.
- Communication with the owners of the business.

The role will be Monday to Friday from 645am to approx 3:30pm. No nights and no weekends. Free parking. This role will begin ASAP.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Cafe: 2 years (preferred)
- Coffee: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
