Baker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bread, pastries, and biscuits.
- Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure product consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and product offerings.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring all products are prepared in a sanitary environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
