**About Us**:
CCDS Raven Support is a leading provider of disability support services in Brisbane. We focus on empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. We are currently seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our compassionate team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide 1:1 support to individuals with ASD before and after school.
- Assist with daily routines and promote independence in daily living tasks.
- Implement and adhere to structured routines to ensure stability for the individual.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help build confidence and social skills.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop support strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain regular communication regarding progress and any challenges faced.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to follow and maintain strict routines and schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be patient, confident, and assertive.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred but not required.
- A relevant qualification in disability support, social work, or a related field is a plus.

- Australia (preferred)
