We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support worker to join our team. At My choice disability care, We provide individualised support to clients in their homes and community across Echuca, Moama and the surrounding area's, helping them achieve their goals and meet their unique needs.

- **Duties include, but no limited to**:_
- Providing personalised care and support individuals following their care plans.
- Assisting with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
- Supporting participants to engage in the community
- Medication assistance
- Delivering high intensity support under the guidance of our qualified health professional
- **Days/Hours**_
- **Shift times available are**:_
- Overnights, plus additional hours throughout the week including weekends, on a rotating roster
- **What you will need**:_
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnights, and weekends.
- A genuine desire to help others and make a positive difference
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Current unrestricted drivers licence with private vehicle covered with full comprehensive insurance
- Minimum 6 month experience
- Cert III disability care or equivalent (desirable)
- NDIS worker screening check
- First aid certificate
- Covid vaccination
- Working with children's check
