**Mandatory Qualification / Requirements**:

- You are required to be admitted or eligible to gain immediate admission, as a Barrister-at-Law or solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. You are required to possess a 'C' class driver's licence to undertake travel. You are required to be on-call to address out of hours emergency legal advice and support. Employees must be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with the department's COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements. You must provide one of the following types of evidence for the hiring manager to sight before an offer of employment will be made: - written confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination provided as part of the vaccination process, such as a record of vaccine card
- vaccination information displayed on the Check in QLD app
- a COVID-19 digital certificate
- your immunisation history statement
- an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate for overseas travel.

Role specific/technical skills
Please note that this position falls within the South East Region and will work in the Logan/Beaudesert areas.
