**Noarlunga Family Relationship Centre (NFRC)** provides services to strengthen family relationships, help families stay together and assist families through separation across the outer southern region of Adelaide including Christies Beach, Marion, Aldinga, Kangaroo Island and Victor Harbour.

The **Group Coordinator** is responsible for providing a high standard of information, support, advice and referrals to clients.

You will provide integrated first point of contact with clients and external stakeholders, designing and facilitating therapeutic workshops and information sessions and networking to build and maintain relevant partnerships.
- The role will include, but not limited to:_
- Maintain a caseload and provide oversight of the database for the FRC including record keeping, data collection systems and agreed targets
- Provide a front line service that is responsive to clients, demonstrating an understanding of the problems they are encountering
- Coordinating and actioning marketing resources, ensuring group dates, venues, staff allocation and external stakeholders are supported and documents are completed
- Build and maintain relevant partnerships, referral pathways and sector networks to enhance service delivery and promote the FRC

**About You**
- You will have experience in:_
- Experience working with parents, caregivers, children, young people and families with a range of high and complex needs
- Knowledge of child and adolescent development and the impacts of separation
- Experience working with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, abilities and genders.
- Delivering therapeutic workshops and community education sessions while drawing on counselling frameworks
