We are on the hunt for **experienced Assemblers / Production Assistants / Factory Hands** to join our client, an iconic Australian Doors and windows manufacturing business in **Springvale**. These positions will be on a **full-time ongoing casual** basis and include assembly and production of doors.

**Working in a team, your other responsibilities will include**:

- Processing materials and assembling components to required specifications and quality standards using a variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery.
- Operating and cleaning production machinery/equipment after use
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operating Manuals in an efficient manner
- Supporting team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are achieved
- Contributing to our culture of continuous improvement and safety

**To be successful in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate**:

- Mechanical aptitude and an ability to read basic assembly diagrams and cutting sheets, with strong attention to detail ensuring correct assembly, positions, and orientation.
- Current Driver's License and own reliable vehicle
- Previous experience working with hand and power tools in a similar role, or trades-assistant role operating production machinery will be advantageous.
- CNC or Metalwork experience will be looked upon favourably.
- Experience manufacturing doors, windows, or other trade qualified experience advantageous
