You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). **About this work area** - As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. - Food preparation and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels. - Clearing tables, wiping down benchtops and stocktake. - Active selling, cash handling and customer service. - Operation of ovens & fryers. **About this work area** - As an IKEA Food Co-worker you are and/or have: - Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation. - Experienced with working in a fast paced, hands-on environment. Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded. - Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people. - Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks. **We need people like you** - At IKEA, work is so much more than a job.
