Based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital - City & Royal Park Campus**
The Clinical Nutrition department consists of approximately 22 EFT across RMH sites. We provide care to our patients within the acute, subacute and community therapy services across all speciality services.
The department is supported by the Clinical Nutrition Manager and the department is committed to providing evidence based, patient centred care. Supervision and reflective practice, professional development, student teaching, quality improvement and research are a key focus of Clinical Nutrition at RMH.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Clinical Nutrition team. This is a Casual position, working on an as needs basis.
**Your new role**:
- Work in a dynamic Clinical Nutrition team in one of Victoria’s largest tertiary Teaching hospitals.
- Act as a consultant on nutrition to medical, nursing, food service and other health professional staff of The Royal Melbourne Hospital as required.
- Actively maintain standards of nutritional care for all patients.
**About you**:
- You are a qualified Dietitian eligible for full membership of the DAA.
- You have at least 6 months clinical experience in the hospital setting.
- You are well organised, efficient and a fast learner of new systems.
- You have a positive attitude and are a team player.
