Our Client is seeking an experienced horticulturist team leader to hit the ground running and oversee a small team to maintain presentation of a wide variety of gardens including native, tropical and indoor plants.

**About You**
- Is self-motivated and holds the ability to work in a team environment, alone and /or under direction.
- Able to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
- Possesses sound communication skills
- Prioritises and demonstrates OH&S procedures and practices.
- Possesses competent Horticulture knowledge
- Holds knowledge and proficiency of commercial irrigation systems and maintenance practices.
- Holds knowledge of commercial parks and gardens maintenance practices
- Able to work in all types of weather. ( Hot /cold )
- Possesses awareness and understanding of busy traffic environment.

**Essential Criteria**
- Demonstrated experience/qualifications in horticulture or grounds maintenance.
- Certificate III Horticulture 3 or turf management** (or above)**:

- Current & Valid Drivers Licence
- Traffic management certificate
- Current pest management technician license
- First aid **(desirable)**:

- Construction card (White / Blue Card)
- Experience in leading teams
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A clear commitment and understanding of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment systems.
