**Role Purpose**:
The **Head of Capability**is responsible for designing and executing an enterprise-wide capability and engagement strategy to support talent attraction, retention, and development across the QSR network. This role leads initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen the Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and build a high-performance, values-led culture through learning, recognition, career growth, and engagement systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Capability Strategy & Learning Culture**-**_Experienced _**:

- Design and implement a learning strategy aligned to business goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning across restaurant and support teams.
- Oversee end-to-end learning programs (onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical, and soft skills).
- Use data to assess capability gaps and guide learning investments.

**Employee Experience & EVP**-**_Advanced _**:

- Champion initiatives that enhance the employee value proposition.
- Lead projects improving key moments across the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align EVP across recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.

**Career Pathways & Growth**-**_Advanced _**:

- Design structured career pathways from crew to leadership roles.
- Ensure pathways promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligned to workforce planning.
- Partner with operations and L&D to build role-specific competency models.

**Reward, Recognition & Benefits**-**_Experienced _**:

- Lead the implementation of scalable reward and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Payroll to enhance employee benefits.
- Manage vendor relationships supporting rewards, benefits, and recognition.

**Engagement Systems & Insights**-**_Experienced _**:

- Oversee tools and platforms that support real-time recognition, learning, and communication.
- Leverage engagement insights to drive action planning.
- Foster a feedback-driven culture through structured employee voice mechanisms.

**Leadership & Influence**-**_Advanced _**:

- Lead and inspire a high-performing capability and experience team.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to embed capability and engagement priorities.
- Represent the function in cross-functional forums and provide thought leadership.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 8-10+ years in L&D, capability, or people experience roles with leadership experience.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-wide capability or engagement strategies in fast-paced, customer-focused industries (QSR, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Deep knowledge of learning systems, engagement platforms, and recognition tools.
- Skilled in building career architecture, competency frameworks, and EVP strategies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
