**An overview of the role**:
The role directly oversees functions including the compilation and delivery of business plans, budgets and forecasts, reporting, retail lease compliance including all lease associated payments, debt management, retail store liaison, marketing strategy and event execution, and ongoing stakeholder management at Gippsland Shopping Centre in Sale.
You’ll have one direct report being our Admin CML Manager, so important is ensuring they are efficiently managed and coached, and it’s expected you’ll hold the team accountable to high standards across compliance and risk management.
Also, key will be confirming contractors on site are working safely and effectively, spanning relevant duties across operations management, as well as always thinking two steps aheadcontinuously understanding the fundamentals of this asset.
You will have regular contact with local councils and maintain harmonious relationships with the business community, local government, and authorities

You will be a true professional with some property management experience. We’ll consider residential backgrounds that are transferable into Shopping Centres with focus on relationship building.
You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/win solution for any challenge you meet. You will have strong leadership skills, coupled with outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Furthermore, you have proven experience overseeing finance, budgeting, operations, contractor management leasing and marketing with a tenacious ‘I won’t give up attitude’, determined to accomplish only the very best outcomes
