**Our Client**

Our client is a well-known brand in the Eastern Suburbs with an outstanding reputation working with buyers from first home buyers to high net worth clients. As a Buyers Agent it is their role to make the buying process easy and stress free. This role is to be the vital support within this high vibe team

**Duties**

Working as the vital support “cog” within this high-vibe Real Estate team of 12, this role will see you responsible for:

- Ensuring the smooth operation of all office functions - from presentation to suppliers & systems
- Facilities management including office equipment and all stock levels (stationary, kitchen and toiletries)
- Organise all internal and external staff events including meetings, presentations, staff team building days, Christmas parties, charity initiatives and training
- Supporting with customer experience and relationships where needed
- Manage and lead offshore administration resources (5 staff currently)
- Preparation and distribution of all weekly reports

**Specific requirements**

This is an incredibly fast-paced environment where common sense, attention to detail and efficiency are vital. You will also require:

- Strong support / admin experience (in real estate would be a bonus)
- Previous experience with marketing coordination and social media
- Be a positive person who enjoys using their initiative
- Proven customer service skills
- Reside within an easy commute of, and know the Eastern Suburbs
