As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible to support the day to day operations of the centre. In the absence of the Centre Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated individual. You will have a strong focus on quality, and the drive to develop strong relationships with families, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about developing a creative learning environment for our children. Your priority and the main focus is to ensure the highest level of care and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- maintain the Centre policies, procedures and practices.
- assisting in the supervision of the day-today running of the Centre in an efficient and professional manner.
- Maintain and improve the centres A&R rating
- Maintain Centre records in relation to staff and children,
- effectively liaise with all staff in their daily procedures.
- Support and assist the Director.
- Maintain a friendly, supportive relationship with the parents and staff,
- maintain and update the QIP, staff appraisals and performance improvement plans,
- relieve breaks as necessary.

Role Requirements (qualifications):

- Diploma in Childrens services or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and CPR Certificates
- Experience and Confidence within the Early Education industry as an Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the NQF, NQS & EYLF
- Genuine care for children's wellbeing & health.
- Knowlege in using QIKKIDS is desirable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
