Our team is at the heart of our success, and we are currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead our projects to successful completion.

**The Role**:
As an experienced Construction Supervisor, you will play a critical role in managing our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position demands a leader who can inspire and manage other supervisors, coordinate schedules effectively, and overcome challenges creatively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and implement changes as necessary.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and to facilitate smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and finish.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5-10 years of proven experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects.
- Experience managing other supervisors and leading teams to achieve project goals.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective construction of buildings.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field if possible.
- Certifications in construction management, safety, and other relevant areas will be considered an advantage.

**Salary**: From $120,000.00 per year
