Serving over 200 clients across Australia, including local, state, and federal government agencies, universities, and consulting firms, we are expanding our operations and seeking a Consultant to join our Client Engagement Team in Adelaide.

**Role Overview**: As an Economic & Demographic Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver top-notch customer service while supporting business growth. You will engage with clients, deliver training, respond to queries, build datasets and online profiles, conduct data analysis and report generation, review and test our products, and identify and pursue business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Deliver training sessions and respond to client queries
- Build and maintain datasets and online profiles
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports
- Review and test our products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Report to the Director of Client Engagement

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in management, business, economics, demographics, or a related field
- Experience in client/customer engagement in a commercial environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Independent worker with strong initiative
- Professional, collaborative, and collegial approach
