We're are a unique small cleaning business that specialises in **maintaining common areas for strata buildings**. We're located on the beautiful lower north shore of Sydney, from **Lane Cove to Chatswood to Mosman**, and we're looking for a dedicated cleaner to join our team.

With 12 years in the business, we've refined our wonderful client list who appreciate our work. We only clean buildings that are typically 3 stories high, and each job is a short drive from the other. We've allocated extra time for each building so it's cleaned well, rather than rushed through. This is all about quality, rather than quantity.

This permanent part-time or contractor position offers 4 days of work per week (Tuesday, Wed, Thurs, Fri).

(This role is also open to good contractors willing to work under our Business Name and shirts)

You'll be on the road each day, responsible for organising the best order in which to do the jobs. Your tasks will include:

- Blowing driveways to keep them leaf-free
- Vacuuming and mopping foyers and stairwells
- Wiping down railings to keep them shiny and clean
- Cleaning glass doors etc until they sparkle
- Removing marks on walls
- Cleaning common laundries to ensure a pleasant environment for our residents

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and loves leaving a place better than they found it. This is an autonomous role where you'll pick up the tools each week and start work locally, dropping back tools at the end of the week.

The working hours are 7 hours per day plus breaks as needed. Experience is required, but it's mostly about skill and quality of work.
