The Sneaker Laundry is a rapidly growing sneaker care brand in Australia. Established in 2017, we have now cleaned over 55,000 sneakers and sold over 120,000 sneaker care products worldwide.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

As a Marketing/Creative Specialist at The Sneaker Laundry, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for crafting visually captivating content to promote our brand on various digital and social media platforms. Your passion for sneakers and creative skills will play a key role in engaging sneaker enthusiasts and expanding our brand presence. We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, adaptable to challenges, and eager to bring new ideas to the table.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creative Design: Develop visually appealing content for digital and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for social media and digital campaigns.Ensure design consistency and deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.Keep track of competitor's creative ads and promotions on social platforms.
- Video Production:Create videos from start to finish, including conceptualization and final output. No gear is required. We're big fans of phone-produced content i.e. Capcut editing.
- Schedule and caption content.
- Strong creative flair and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Interest in sneakers and knowledge of sneaker culture is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Canva and Capcut preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience is desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a passion for creative content.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Ability to handle tasks independently with attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- No specific degree requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
