**What’s the role?**

The Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) team is part of Westpac’s Risk Division and responsible for detecting, deterring and fighting financial crime.

This role will be responsible for managing commercial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, vendor management, operational reporting, and overseeing workforce planning for financial crime-related activities.

**What do I need?**
- Extensive experience in finance management, with a focus on financial reporting, budgeting, or workforce planning in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong experience in Supplier Management and setting up governance structures to effectively assess performance.
- Strong financial modelling and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage multiple budgets and provide actionable insights.
- Proven track record in FTE assessments, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial management software, and ERP systems).
