As an integral member of the recoveries team, this role will see you perform recovery tasks to support successful recovery outcomes. This will include first contact with third parties and/or their insurer to establish insurance status and contact details, manage and action correspondence, process payments and receipts and other duties as listed below:
- Perform end to end recovery tasks for Fast Track Claims to support successful recovery outcomes.
- Achieve performance targets including financial outcomes and workload performance.
- Make first contact with potential third parties to establish insurance status and contact details.
- Fulfil payments and receipting tasks required to progress recovery activity.
- Manage invoices and payments associated with the recovery team functions.
- Deliver professional service to internal/external customers by identifying and responding to their needs.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with your ability to multitask and solve problems will be key to your success together with:
- Previous experience in administrative or service role within the Insurance industry (desirable, but not essential).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Proven organisational and time management skills.
- A positive can-do attitude and great team player.
