You will be working in a fast-paced, customer service role providing a warm welcome to our members and guests as they arrive to our beautiful destination. You will be a hub of knowledge about our facilities and offerings, and an expert about our local community. You will also help maintain our membership database and respond to queries from prospective and current members.

It gets better you'd be based on the beautiful Central Coast, but our organisation also makes life great at the Blue Mountains, in Sydney and in Port Macquarie and also our latest club at The Entrance and also our brand new Encore Hotel. **Who are we?**

We are Mingara, the greatest Club on the Central Coast, offering a diverse range of facilities. As well as restaurants, cafes, bars, gaming, TAB, Keno, promotions and events, we also have a world-class gym, indoor Olympic pool, international standard athletics track and a wellness precinct with hairdresser, physiotherapist and martial arts studio.

We are looking for excellent concierges with a passion for customer service who are fun, caring, and genuine. To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- Exceptional customer service
- An ability to build strong, genuine relationships with our customers
- Engaging and bubbly personality with a passion for people
- Present with drive, passion, personality, and a little bit of pizzazz
- A smile we can hear through the phone
- Drive to contribute to a progressive team
- An eye for detail with strong computer skills
- Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
