Our brand new, independent hotel on the beautiful NSW Central Coast has opened We are looking for people who can provide outstanding customer service by providing attentive and memorable experiences for hotel guests.

Our 5 storey, 86 room hotel sits within the iconic Mingara Recreation Club precinct. The hotel provides guests to the Central Coast with a contemporary hotel stay in a laid-back setting, enhanced by the colour and excitement of an array of dining, bars, events, lifestyle, and entertainment experiences.

**A Great Opportunity**

This is not your typical front desk role — we're looking for someone who is ready to go beyond check-ins and check-outs. You'll be helping guests enjoy a seamless stay **while promoting upgrades, experiences, and group booking opportunities**.

You’ll be:

- Welcoming and checking in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
- Supporting sales initiatives, such as upselling packages and promoting offers
- Handling group bookings, quotes, and following up on enquiries
- Collaborating closely with the hotel manager for new sales leads and conversion

**About You**

You're a true all-rounder — confident at the front desk and comfortable jumping into sales when needed.

You will bring:

- Previous experience in front office, reservations, or hospitality (hotel preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, sales-minded approach to guest service
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using hotel booking systems - RMS. Amadeus (training provided)
- A team player attitude with a desire to learn and grow
