Expected to be part of highly complex programs. - Responsible for training users on product functionality, functional testing of software to provide bug free software to clients." - An outcome focused individual who can build on their experience and capabilities as a consulting professional and successfully deliver client outcomes within tight scope, time and budget constraints. **Skills Required**: - Experience across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries. - Knowledge of emerging technologies in BFSI sector and experience in delivering these BFSI solutions and products. - Experience with frameworks and methodologies such as BABOK®, SAFe, TOGAF and design thinking, for the purposes of scope definition; requirements gathering and analysis; process design; or building service blueprints. - An understanding of a variety of consulting, business analysis, process and information modelling, and other modelling techniques. - Tertiary Level Qualification. - At least 5 years of experience to join the team to uncover the needs of our clients and their businesses and deliver digital and data products and services to support this. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams. - Ability to lead engagements to deliver outcomes of value to the client. **Qualifications & Certifications (Optional)**: - Master of Technology specializing in Enterprise Systems and Business Analytics - Agile Scrum Foundation from EXIN - PRINCE2® Foundation from AXELOS - ERP with SAP S/4HANA from SAP University Alliance - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) from IIBA **Salary Range**: >$100,000 **Date of posting**: 03/12/2024
