**Position Details**: This is a permanent full-time role, working 3am Monday and 4am Tuesday to Friday and every 4th Saturday. - **Hours will be 8am-6pm Mon-Fri approx.**

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and co-ordination of major customer requirements.
- Allocate drivers and equipment to ensure timely completion of all pickups and deliveries.
- Ensuring customer key performance indicators are met and reported on.
- Ensuring time management, temperature checking, and all procedural requirements are met.
- Ensuring all pickup & deliveries are met and reported on regarding times, temperature and pallets to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork for deliveries is completed in entirety and accurately.
- Liaising with drivers regarding runs and logístical adjustments due to delays or complications
- Communicating respectfully and professionally with customers and drivers while maintaining high standards of service.
- Reporting to and working with the Senior Allocator to achieve a high quality and reliable transport delivery service.
- Daily floor stocktakes and checks.
- Liaising with Cross Dock Supervisor for any assistance required with loading and timeslots.
- Liaising with Local team with support required to meet all delivery timeslots.
- Supporting Sydney Transport Manager with daily requirements as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Transport planning and allocating.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (Truckmate experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the Sydney Metropolitan area is highly regarded.
- Ability to work within both a team environment and independently under mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities are a must.
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions
- A self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
