**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**This permanent, part-time role is required to work in the office.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with department documents, including but not limited to printing/laminating/filing.
- Complete all daily and weekly tasks outlined in the reception task list.
- Make sure sensitive information is passed onto the relevant stakeholder ensuring confidentiality.
- Greet and work with internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Ensure rosters and breaks are adhered to.
- Keep a safe and clean reception and mail room area by complying with procedures and policies.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of work routines and procedures.
- Previous experience in an administration position.
- Exceptional customer service, communication skills and professionalism.
- Must be able to work in the Strathpine office for 19 hours per week, either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday.
