**About the Role**
- Business Operations throughout the shift
- Position and Task Delegation
- Best Customer experience with feedback collection
- Maintaining high productivity from everyone in the shift
- Problem Solving
- Supervise and train all staff members.
- Constant supervision and communication with the staff
- Maintain positive environment in the shop
- Effective stock management to increase sales and reduce wastage.

**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable venue as a cafe all rounder and/or floor manager
- Great interpersonal skills & ability to work well within a team
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Comfortable in a bustling environment
- Reliable punctuality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,015.36 - $85,617.99 per year
