**Job description**:
**Job Title**: Test Analyst - Contact Centre Modernisation Project
**Location**: Sydney / Brisbane
**Contract Duration**: 12 Months with Potential Extensions
**Clearance Required**: Australian Citizen (NV1 Security Clearance preferred)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**: Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., **Pump**) to streamline and enhance test coverage.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and re-testing as required.Provide regular status updates, testing metrics, and support documentation.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA practice.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience working as a Test Analyst on **large, complex IT projects**.
- Hands-on experience with **Contact Centre platforms**, particularly **CX1 (NICE CXone)**.
- Proficiency in **test automation tools**, ideally including **Pump**.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
