Roy Morgan has an exciting opportunity for friendly, professional and confident people to join our face-to-face market research interviewing team in Victoria.

Roy Morgan survey interviewers are asking important questions every day. Our survey data is used for measuring the thoughts and needs of people living in Australia. It contributes to vital decision-making on topics from community services and infrastructure to small business planning; government services and social issues; future vehicle trends; banking regulations; tourism planning; information use and technology development; and health initiativesthe list goes on

**This is a fantastic opportunity To be able to do the job, you need to**:

- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be available for a **minimum 15 hours per week**. Opportunities to work full time. (Days and times are flexible and will be agreed upon with your Field Manager)
- Have a valid driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle (though some work is possible in inner Melbourne using public transport only)
- Be able to use tablet devices (this is how we complete surveys)
- Be **confident, friendly, and have a professional** communication style
- Have mature social skills, and **respect and be able to relate to a diverse community** (essential)
- Be able to **display empathy and patience**:

- Be **fluent and have professional English language skills** (both spoken and written)

**We want you to succeed and enjoy the experience, so you will receive full training and ongoing support.** Previous research experience is not necessary.

**Payment Rates**
Interviewers have the potential to earn well above market rates, we pay:

- $29.80 per hour
- $0.76 per kilometre for travel (home/work/home)
- $100 gift card bonus on successful completion of your first work assignment.
- $50 gift card bonus on successful completion of each assignment thereafter
