We are always on the hunt for new talent to work across our vibrant spaces and we have the opportunity for a space coordinator to join our growing Sydney team. We are looking for a bubbly and reliable person to hit the ground running and assist with the daily operations of our spaces, interact with our members, move around the space keeping it always looking great and support our staff with general administrative tasks.

This is an entry level role, and the successful applicant will join a supportive team with full training provided. WOTSO is a Certified Great Place to Work and this could be the perfect role for someone who is looking to broaden their retail or hospitality experience and gain experience in an office environment or someone who is looking for a change in career.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Keep the workspace and communal areas looking great
- Administrative tasks (such as updating our CRM and creating member communications)
- Mail distribution
- Meeting room set up and pack down
- Schedule meeting room bookings
- Assist with the execution of community events held in our spaces
- Interact with members and maintain a professional and friendly manner
- Reception cover when required while providing a warm welcome to all visitors and members using the space
- Show people through the space
- General errand running
- Onboard new members
- Basic cleaning duties (such as wiping down surfaces or unpacking the dishwasher)
- Keeping the kitchens stocked and assisting with grocery orders

**What we would like from you**:

- All levels of experience considered, but some experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
- Have an eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn
- Be well presented
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Work from our Sydney spaces as required
