**Your Role**:
As key player in the Reinsurance team, you will be responsible for the regulatory aspects of reinsurance within Chubb Australia and New Zealand.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Working in the Reinsurance Finance function your responsibilities will encompass:
Treaty reinsurance contracts process.
Compilation of the Australian and New Zealand Reinsurance Committee papers.
Preparation of the Reinsurance Arrangement Statement (ReAS) and Reinsurance Management Strategy (ReMS) in accordance with APRA regulations.
Calculate and process Per Risk & CAT XOL treaty claims recoveries for Australia and New Zealand.
Manage the Direct Reinsurance Placment (DRIP) portfolio.

**Supporting**:
The digitisation of processes utlising Alteryx.
The RI team in calculating & booking monthly treaty reinsurance premiums for Australia and New Zealand.
The FAC reinsurance portfolio.
As a relatively small team being cross trained on each other’s work improves flexibility as well as a better understanding of the whole reinsurance lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
Effective written and verbal communication skills to be capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
2 years’ insurance / reinsurance experience.
CA / CPA preferred. This is a role within the Finance function and therefore an accounting qualification would be beneficial.
Previous use of Alteryx or other integrated automation software would be beneficial.
Must be able to multitask and problem solve in a time sensitive and pressured environment.
