LEAD Childcare Mango Hill are searching for a SUPERSTAR Swim Teachers and Pool Chaperones to join their family.

About your EXCITING new career
- You will be responsible for maintaining the Pool and pool area including cleanliness, safety, security and presentation.
- Ensuring adequate supervision before, after and during swimming lessons.
- Developing an enriching, educational and of course FUN, swimming and water safety program
- We encourage all of our staff to use their voice We encourage you to contribute and embed the Vision, Mission and Philosophy of LEAD Childcare.
- You will support a team of passionate Educators to implement programs, policies and procedures.
- Create long lasting connections with our families and staff as well as the wider community.
- Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

What you will need to SUCCEED
- Current AUSTSWIM accredited qualification or equivalent.
- Hold or willing to study towards an Early Childhood qualification.  
- A passion for providing high quality education and care for our youngest family members
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a community of like-minded professionals.
- Understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID012)
- Current CPR certificate (HLTAID009)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Training certificate
- Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation
- Current Child Protection Certificate.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.18 - $27.94 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
