**About the Role**
Our NDIS Support Services team currently have multiple positions across the **Northern Metropolitan Area** for casual Support Workers **(with the view to becoming permanent part time)** to join its team to support people living in the community.
Alongside your supervisor and colleagues, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to realise their goals by providing personal support as needed. You will empower individuals to make decisions about their support choices, assist to identify and participate in community activities and provide encouragement to individuals to exercise choices that are healthy and focused on improving their well being.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You will have demonstrated experience in the following areas: _
- The ability to work independently in the community and as a contributing team member
- Professional experience in the disability sector as a Support Worker (Minimum 6 months experience)
- A full, unrestricted driver's licence with reliable car
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support/Community services or similar
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC and National Police Clearance
- Willing to work in a number of locations across Metro Adelaide areas
