**About the Role**:
As an On-Call Officer, you will be the first point of contact for staff managing incidents and unpredictable events outside normal managerial hours. Your leadership will ensure best-practice standards are upheld while supporting the safety and wellbeing of staff, young people, and NDIS participants during critical situations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide responsive support, guidance, and debriefing to Residential Care Workers (RCWs) and NDIS Support Workers during after-hours incidents.
- Ensure compliance with therapeutic and safety plans, policies, and legislative requirements.
- Oversee critical incident reporting and property maintenance needs arising outside of hours.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as Child Safety After Hours and Emergency Services.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in the Human Services/Community Services sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work after-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Requirements**:

- Blue Card for Working with Children (or eligibility to apply).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and LCS2 (or eligibility to apply).
