**Barista / Front of House Staff - New Café Opening in Bayswater VIC 3153**:

Are you a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individual looking to be part of an exciting new café opening?
We are currently seeking an **experienced Barista / Front of House Staff member** to join the launch team of a **brand-new café/Restaurant**in **Bayswater VIC 3153**. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the customer experience and grow with a new business from day one.

**What We Offer**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality coffee beverages
- Maintain consistency and quality in every cup
- Adjust and correct coffee machine and grinder settings as required
- Confidently make all types of espresso coffee
- Produce high-quality coffee with **Latte Art**:

- Perform daily opening and closing procedures for the coffee machine
- Deliver food and beverages to tables, clear and reset tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area
- Collaborate with team members to help establish smooth and efficient operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a barista in a busy café or restaurant
- Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
- Experience with espresso machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Passion for coffee and a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team player mindset
- Availability to work **weekends and public holidays**:

- **Valid working rights in Australia are essential**

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
