**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Retail Sales Associate** to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers find the right products, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s overall performance and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchases.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of mobile devices and accessories.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up to date with product launches and promotions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment (technology or electronics preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and provide great customer service.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays as needed.
- Certificate III or IV in Retail, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**What We Offer**
